The Best Indianapolis Wedding Venues

The Bottleworks Hotel

Now this venue is brand new and seems to be hard to get into. We walked in the front desk one day and they said their weddings were booked more than a year out. However, just taking portraits here and around the Bottleworks area would be incredible! Being an old Coca-Cola factory, this venue gives the vintage vibe that’s so popular lately. We’ve seen dozens of amazing photographers capturing beautiful photos outside, and can’t wait to be there soon!

Laurel Hall

This venue is certainly for all of our fairy princess brides. Okay that’s a little dramatic, but if you’ve been dreaming of tying the knot in a castle, this is your Indiana dream come true. And you’ll love the black and white dance floor/ceremony space/solarium as much as we do, I’m sure. Instead of capturing portraits outside in the July hear, the all-windows room was perfect!

The Indianapolis Artsgarden

Now this venue is somewhere that if you’re from Indy, you’ve grown up knowing about. My family would always come downtown and eat at PF Chang’s in the mall and run upstairs to Cinnabon, and sit in the Artsgarden to watch cars drive by in the glow of the downtown lights. We also had our choir concerts here in high school a few times. If you can push all those young memories aside, this venue is honestly a dream. Plenty of natural light and just imagine the drone shots!! We honestly never even considered the idea until we saw some amazing photographers shoot a wedding here and we were shocked. Photos below!

Canal 337

Soooo this wedding venue was our favorite from the beginning. When we first started doing videography, we were asked to film a wedding here. Now, I would not recommend choosing your venue based off of that film, so check out EK Photo’s post below instead:

This venue is amazing because the views are awesome no matter where you are! Shooting one direction shows the downtown skyline, and the other way shows the venue, which is situated at the very end of the canal where it loops around. This makes portraits super easy + quick!

Honorable Mentions: The Neidhammer, INDUSTRY, and the White River Gardens at the Indianapolis Zoo.
